Return & Refund Policy

Please read all conditions below. Return requests must be submitted in writing by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, submitting a request via the form below, or by speaking with a representative of Network Camera Store. Voicemail requests will not be processed.
Starting the Process:
Network Camera Store requires that all returned items have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned by a customer service representative before shipping merchandise. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us via phone or the email form at the bottom of this page and provide all relevant information including order number, reason for return, item condition, and the serial numbers of the products being returned. An RMA number will then be issued by Network Camera Store and shall remain valid for ten (10) days. Products shipped after the expiration date shall be refused. Network Camera Store reserves the right to require the customer to return goods directly to the manufacturer or distribution warehouse located in the United States of America or Canada.
For All Returns:
Do not use the original manufacturer’s box as the shipping box, please place the original box into a shipping carton. The RMA number should be written clearly on the outer shipping box. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship with a tracking service and with insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipment, or lost or damaged packages.
Returns within 30 Days of Purchase:
Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in like-new condition, in the original undamaged box, and include all original packaging materials and included accessories. Returns with visible damage or missing parts will be sent back to the customer or charged a higher restocking fee. Customers who received DOA items or incorrect items will receive a 100% refund. Credit card refunds usually take 4-5 business days to process once submitted.
Returns After 30 Days of Purchase:
We will arrange a warranty return to the manufacturer or their representative for repair or replacement only. All warranties on products purchased from Network Camera Store are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the conditions set by the manufacturer. Network Camera Store, its officers, employees and/or agents, makes no warranty or representation, written or oral, expressed or implied, regarding the performance, applicability or merchantability of any product sold by Network Camera Store. Network Camera Store shall assist in validating claims under applicable warranties. Purchasers requesting to return defective product to Network Camera Store must comply with the policies set forth for return shipments or returns may be refused. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on warranty returns.
What cannot be returned?
• Software, Licenses, Discontinued items, Special Order items, Refurbished items, B-stock and Consumables
• Any product noted as Non-Returnable on the website
• Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
• Items not purchased from Network Camera Store
• Items which have undergone revisions without being assigned a new part # by the manufacturer
• Opened AXIS products effective July 24, 2017
Other Return Notes & Conditions
• Orders shipped to customers located outside of the US or Canada are returnable for warranty-related issues only.
• Orders in transit that are cancelled by the buyer are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Hard drives of any manufacturer are not eligible for refunds; they will be replaced by the manufacturer with new or refurbished units only. Drives installed by our ware warehouse will be Western Digital Purple drives with a 2 year warranty. Dahua installs Seagate SkyHawk drives in their NVRs and DVRs.
Claims for defective or incorrect merchandise or for any other purpose shall be considered waived by the customer unless made in writing within seven (7) days after receipt of the goods. All claims must specifically identify the nature of all circumstances surrounding the claim and must be accompanied by receipt or copy of sales order. Any purchase and delivery not disputed in a timely manner shall be paid for by the customer and all amounts due shall be paid by the customer within the terms specified. As a condition to making a claim for missing or damaged goods, the customer agrees to initiate and pursue claims against appropriate carrier for items not received or damaged in shipment.
Liability of Network Camera Store shall be limited to replacement or repair of defective products in accordance with the Return Policy outlined herein. Under no circumstances shall Network Camera Store be liable for consequential or any other damages whatsoever, related to the procurement, use, installation or application of the products sold by Network Camera Store. Under no circumstances shall the liability of Network Camera Store exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the products sold or $250.00, whichever is less. The customer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Network Camera Store, its shareholders, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, legal actions, damages, penalties, costs or obligations of any kind whatsoever relating to the actions or inactions of the customer.
The terms and conditions outlined herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
