Placing an Order
SHIPPING
Network Camera Store offers FREE Ground shipping in the Continental USA on orders over $500.00. All orders under $500.00 will be charged a minimum shipping fee of $12.00 or more. Certain items will have a flat shipping fee regardless of price, which will be charged per item due to the weight, size or availability of the item.
Orders under $500.00 shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will be charged $35.00 for shipping. All items shipping to Canada with a per unit price of less than $500.00 will be charged a $26.00 shipping charge.
All orders outside the USA and Canada should call for a shipping quote and will be subject to paying the full shipping price.
Network Camera Store is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes and other freight charges due with shipping. In most cases, the shipping carrier such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. will contact you to collect duties and taxes from you in advance of delivery.
Cartons visibly damaged in transit should be refused by the customer and given to the carrier for return to Network Camera Store for freight claim processing.
We request signature confirmation upon delivery on most shipments.
Item Availability
Most of our items ship within 1-5 business days. We will do our best to contact you if we receive notice of additional delays.
Some Brands are not available for our customers outside the United States.
Please contact us if you need an item by a specific date, so that we can confirm availability and shipping times.
PAYMENT
Your payment account (credit/debit card or PayPal) will be authorized upon order placement and the payment will be charged after the order has been reviewed and approved for shipment.
TAXES
We are required by law to charge & collect sales tax to orders shipping to the state of Florida. We will not usually charge or collect taxes to orders shipping to other states. It is the responsibility of the buyer to report and pay any applicable sales tax within their own state according to that state's applicable laws.
