ACTi TCM-1111 Overview

The ACTi TCM-1111 is a bullet camera offering both day and night functioning. With the help of its mechanical IR cut filter, the ACTi TCM-1111 can provide color video footage in light levels as low as 0.5 lux at F1.0 and black and white images in levels as low as 0 lux. Combine this technology with the camera’s built-in f4.2mm/F1.8 megapixel fixed lens and it is possible to achieve quality video at 18 fps at 1280 x 1024 resolution.

Weighing just 1.35 pounds and measuring 77 mm x 193 mm, the ACTi TCM-1111 is small and durable. Not only is the camera IP66-rated, which means it is resistant to extreme weather conditions and moisture, but it can also operate in temperatures ranging from -4 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. The ACTi TCM-1111 is also capable of functioning in 10 to 85% relative humidity. The camera also offers selectable H.264, MPEG-4 SP and MJPEG compressions with dual streaming as well as 1/3” progressive scan CMOS. The twenty built-in IR LED illuminators are effective up to 15 meters.

Featuring video motion technology, the ACTi TCM-1111 records images from the surveillance area whenever activity is detected. Thanks to the camera’s Power over Ethernet, or PoE, Class 2 technology, it is capable of being powered even in areas where power may otherwise be difficult to obtain. The fixed iris lens also offers fixed focus technology and the ability to achieve a 64.7 degree viewing angle, allowing it to cover a reasonably large amount of space for a bullet style camera.
