Please Note

Some manufacturers do not offer returns for non-defective goods. This is a policy Network Camera Store and all other resellers must follow.

Return Policy

Our customer service department is ready to assist you with your return. For information on returns, please contact our customer service department.

Network Camera Store requires that all returned items have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned by a customer service representative before shipping merchandise. To obtain an RMA#, please contact us and provide all relevant information. An RMA# will then be issued by Network Camera Store and shall remain valid for ten (10) days. Products shipped after the expiration date shall be refused.

A credit or exchange shall be issued for returned merchandise authorized by Network Camera Store. A 15-25% Restocking Fee may be charged for all returns unless merchandise is determined defective by Network Camera Store. Defective products being returned will be replaced with same product only. If the product is found to be non-defective, an evaluation fee of 10% per unit will be charged. Returned merchandise must be packed in original factory packaging and include all materials, component parts, accessories, instructions and cables as originally delivered. Charges will be applied for any missing items. Purchaser is provided forty-eight (48) hours to determine if any discrepancies exist in delivered merchandise compared to original purchase order and Network Camera Store should be notified by e-mail to document the discrepancy in writing. If shipment is refused, a 25% Returns Processing Fee will be charged in addition to all freight charges. Credits issued will be valid for a period of six months from the date of processing and shall expire thereafter.

Freight must be prepaid on all return shipments. Network Camera Store is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes and other freight charges due to shipping. Returns shipped without proper approvals or handled outside of normal procedure will be refused. Any deviation from these policies may result in product being returned with no credit issued. Network Camera Store’s return policy does not cover physical damage to merchandise during shipment. Cartons visibly damaged in transit should be refused by the purchaser and given to the carrier for return to Network Camera Store for freight claim processing.

Network Camera Store reserves the right to require the purchaser to return goods directly to the manufacturer or distribution warehouse located in the United States of America or Canada for replacement.

Warranty Policy

All warranties on products purchased from Network Camera Store are provided by the manufacturer. Network Camera Store, its officers, employees and/or agents, makes no warranty or representation, written or oral, expressed or implied, regarding the performance, applicability or merchantability of any product sold by Network Camera Store. Network Camera Store shall assist in validating claims under applicable warranties. Purchasers requesting to return defective product to Network Camera Store must comply with the policies set forth for return shipments or returns may be refused or partial credit given.

Claims

Claims for defective or incorrect merchandise or for any other purpose shall be considered waived by the Purchaser unless made in writing within seven (7) days after receipt of the goods. All claims must specifically identify the nature of all circumstances surrounding the claim and must be accompanied by receipt or copy of sales order. Any purchase and delivery not disputed in a timely manner shall be paid for by the Purchaser and all amounts due shall be paid by the Purchaser within the terms specified. As a condition to making a claim for missing or damaged goods, Purchaser agrees to initiate and pursue claims against appropriate carrier for items not received or damaged in shipment.

Liability

Liability of Network Camera Store shall be limited to replacement or repair of defective products in accordance with the Return Policy outlined herein. Under no circumstances shall Network Camera Store be liable for consequential or any other damages whatsoever, related to the procurement, use, installation or application of the products sold by Network Camera Store. Under no circumstances shall the liability of Network Camera Store exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the products sold or $250.00, whichever is less. Purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Network Camera Store, its shareholders, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, legal actions, damages, penalties, costs or obligations of any kind whatsoever relating to the actions or inactions of Purchaser.

Governing Law

The terms and conditions outlined herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

What cannot be returned?

Please note that the following items may not be returned:
• Discontinued items, Special Order items, and Consumables
• Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
• Items not purchased from Network Camera Store
• Items which have undergone revisions without being assigned a new part # by the manufacturer
