The Y-cam White S (YCW004) provides audio and video monitoring from anywhere in the world. Equipped with powerful Internet technology, the Y-cam White S can be accessed from any Internet browser via a password-protected web page. Up to 16 users can connect to the camera at the same time. This makes the Y-cam White S a perfect solution for video conferencing needs as well as security. Where security is concerned, however, this camera has powerful features.

The Y-cam White S is compatible with mobile devices that can utilize the 3GPP technology. With this technology, the camera can provide your mobile devices with live video from the area being monitored, as well as the accompanying audio. If the camera’s motion detection systems detect activity, you can be alerted via email. The Y-cam White S can also upload images directly to web pages. You can also log in and view the live video as it happens.

The Y-cam White S also provides excellent low-light performance. The camera automatically adjusts its brightness levels to accommodate lower light conditions. The video is compressed in MPEG-4 format. This provides excellent size reduction where the data is concerned, but helps to keep the image quality very high. The camera can also support MJPEG format when streaming to mobile devices. This camera records at 30 frames per second, providing excellent image quality and motion capture. The Y-cam White S is compatible with wireless LANs and works with WEP, WPA and WPA-2 security setups.
