Vivotek SD7151 Overview

The SD7151 speed dome network camera features flexible surveillance options for high-security environments. The camera has a tremendous tilt range and a full 360 degrees of panning capability. It also features an 18x zoom lens, which brings the most distant action into crisp focus. The SD7151 speed dome network camera also features progressive scan technology, which ensures that images are always clear and crisp, even when the objects being photographed are moving.

The SD7151 speed dome network camera is provided with a removable IR-cut filter. This allows the camera to capture color images in the daylight without infrared light interfering with the image. When conditions become darker, the filter slides away automatically and the camera switches to a monochrome mode. This allows the camera to provide effective surveillance 24 hours per day. The camera also has considerable capabilities where panning, zooming and patrolling are concerned.

The SD7151 speed dome network camera can be set up to perform a routine patrol of the area automatically. If something needs to be seen in greater detail, the camera can be controlled via its pan and tilt mechanism. The camera can tilt up to 90 degrees and can cover a full circle by panning around. The camera is capable of providing professional-quality surveillance for the most difficult environments, including airports, parking lots and traffic control situations.
