As part of VIVOTEK’s SUPREME series product family, the IP8162P boasts superior image quality and advanced monitoring capabilities. Unlike a conventional VGA camera the IP8162P facilitates the use of wide area scanning technologies, enabling it to scan a much larger area, and thereby lessening the amount of cameras necessary to effectively survey large spaces. This camera is extremely effective for monitoring everything from building entrances to airports and can prove highly beneficial in secured areas requiring detailed identification.

The technologically advanced features of the IP8162P facilitate the use of high performance H.264/MPEG-4/MJPEG compression technology, enabling users to enjoy superior quality video output with resolutions up to 1080p in full High Definition@30fps. The fully-automated P-iris lens and built-in stepping motor enables extreme precision and optimal iris opening resulting in real-life clarity and highly superb image quality. More beneficially, the IP8162P comes fully equipped with a focus assist button, a user-friendly interface that enables precise manual focusing and zooming capabilities. For added flexibility and collaboration, the IP8162P can be effortlessly connected to any analog monitor using the built-in BNC connector.
