Vivotek FD8361 Overview

The Vivotek FD8361 megapixel dome network IP camera is a professional outdoor security camera for any type of application. Ideal for both day and night monitoring, the FD8361 offers exceptional video quality with resolutions up to 1600 x 1200. The IR-Cut Filter, vari-focal auto-iris lens, and built-in IR illuminators allow for optimized day/night operation.

The IP67 rated housing allows for both vandal-proof protection and protection from weather elements including rain and dust. The PoE powered heater and fan (blower) provide enhanced protection against extreme cold and hot weather.

The Vivotek FD8361 also includes a BNC connector allowing for "backwards compatibility" to an analog CCTV system. The FD8361 can be connected to a CCTV system with an analog recorder device and to a network simultaneously.

The Vivotek FD8361 comes loaded with additional features including Power over Ethernet support, a built-in SD/SDHC card slot for onboard recording, tamper detection alarms, two-way audio, a 3-axis mechanical design and ONVIF support.

The FD8361 comes with free bundled recording software for up to 32 Vivotek devices. The free software is PC based.
