A rack mount video server is capable of being mounted within a standard network rack or network telecommunication tower. Rack mount video servers typically support multiple analog video connections for conversion to digital video feeds. Rack mount video servers also tend to feature similar settings as non rack mountable video server options. Some video server or video encoder products may come as separate items but may also have a rack mount accessory option that will allow for multiple video server or encoder devices to be bundled together for the purpose of mounting in a network rack.
