Panasonic BB-HCM581A Overview
The Panasonic BB-HCM581A Progressive Scan PTZ network camera includes a 21x optical zoom lens and allows for up to 2x digital zoom which effectively enables 42x zoom functionality. The BB-HCM581A also holds the ability to pan 350 degrees and tilt 210 degrees. With the inclusion of progressive scanning, the BB-HCM581A has the ability to eliminate blurring and will provide higher quality video images. MPEG4 and MJPEG video compression are also featured in the BB-HCM581A, as well as PoE (Power over Ethernet) support which will help to reduce installation costs by eliminating the need for excess cable. Additional features of the Panasonic BB-HCM581A include Two-Way audio communication, a SD Card Slot for onboard storage capabilities and an Analog Composite video output for alternate connection to an analog video display or analog video surveillance system.
