The DCS-3415 Fixed Network Camera is a high-end camera perfect for a variety of security needs and for professional surveillance. The camera features a Sony 18x optical zoom lens as well as a progressive scan CCD sensor, making it able to provide high quality images of moving objects. It reduces the blur and distortion that so many of the older cameras have which ensures that the picture quality is high.

The camera has a number of features including multiple streaming of MPEG-4 and MJPEG video. It also features a Compact Flash card slot, PoE support, and it is able to connect to a number of external devices. Users will be able to connect to alarm relays, IR sensors, and more. The streaming ability allows users to view the content over a network so they can watch the live footage on the computer. The camera supports 3GPP Mobile Surveillance, and users will also be able to watch the feed from their mobile phone as long as they have the 3GPP player installed.

The DCS-3415 camera works both day and night and has an auto function that adjusts the image color during the day and becomes monochrome when the lighting drops at night. The microphone and audio ports offer 2-way audio communication if you have an external speaker connected to the camera.
