ACTi TCM-7811 Overview

The TCM-7811 is a fixed-dome camera capable of both day and night functioning, with the IR cut filter system allowing the camera to record color in light levels as low as 0.15 lux at F1.2 and black and white recordings in light levels as low as 0 lux. With its two-way audio system, the TCM-7811 records all sounds within the surveillance area while also allowing the user to communicate with anyone in that same area. Featuring a built-in 3-9 mm/F1.2 Megapixel DC iris vari-focal lens and offering a resolution of 15 fps at 1280 x 960, the TCM-7811 provides the user with the option to choose between H.264, MPEG-4SP and MJPEG compressions with dual streaming capabilities.

Capable of creating up to 4 configurable regions and featuring video motion technology, the TCM-7811 can effectively monitor several areas with just one camera. Powered by Power over Ethernet, or PoE, technology, the TCM-7811 can even be used in the most remote locations where power may otherwise be unavailable. Capable of operating in temperatures ranging from 23°F to 122°F and in relative humidity ranging from 10% to 85%, the TCM-7811 can function in a variety of settings and environments.

With its alarm trigger feature, the TCM-7811 automatically notifies the user with an email and a snapshot whenever any activity is identified within the designated area. Weighing just 3.13 pounds and measuring 5.98” x 5.18”, the TCM-7811 can be easily mounted in virtually any location where surveillance is necessary. Areas where the TCM-7811 can be easily installed include on a wall, in a corner, on a pole or even hung as a pendant.
