How does the NCS price match guarantee work?
If you find a lower price on an identical item, provide us with proof of the lower price and we will match the price. Price matching is only provided before you buy and based on the guidelines below.

Which products does NCS price match?
Select items on our store are available for price match. A price match seal will be visible on the product page if the product is eligible for the price match guarantee.

The item must be identical including condition, model number, components and firmware version. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at both Network Camera Store and the other reseller.

Can the price match be combined with any current NCS promotions and/or rebates?
We will match the other resellers final price after deducting any current promotions and/or rebates. Only the price you pay at the point of purchase is eligible for the price match.

What proof is required for the price match?
Simply contact us with the ad, quote or website where you have seen the cheaper price.

In order to avoid abuse, the price match is ultimately at the discretion of Network Camera Store.

We do not price match companies outside the country of the customer and shipping destination. We do not match prices outside the United States and Canada or from auction based websites. Companies listed on manufacturer “unauthorized reseller” lists will not be matched.

We reserve the right to refuse the price match and are under no circumstance obligated, legal or otherwise to price match. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold. Prices compared exclude sales taxes. Price match guidelines are subject to change without notice.
