D-Link DCS-6620 Random Drops

My D-Link DCS-6620 has a tendency of going offline throughout the day. The network drops only last about 30 seconds and then the camera is back up. I have the DCS-6620 recording with the bundled recording software and when I view recorded video, I can tell the camera is dropping.

Is this normal for internet cameras? :shock:

Try doing a factory reset (directions found in manual).

Reply back if the network camera is still dropping from the network.

Did the factory reset work?

Is the Internet camera setup wireless or wired to your network?
