I bought a Panasonic BB-HCM311A network camera the other day and I cannot get it working with my home network. I bought it off a friend so I don't have a manual or software CD.
Has anyone installed one of these before?

How did you get it to work. I cannot even get the camera recognized with the mac address. I am stuck. My internet and router work; the network exists. I have installed and uninstalled, plugged and unplugged and booted and rebooted. I don't know what else to try.
